The influence of inefficient teaching methods or cross-linguistic characteristics in the field second language oral has always been concerned and discussed. By carrying a survey with 50 Grade 5 bilingual Chinese students Intel Bilingual Primary School, this paper aims to observe, identify make brief analysis on key issue effectively English young learners primary their spoken English, from perspectives instructional theories strategies use.
